Booking
Ts and Cs

“We” means Fressingfield Sounds CIC. “Us” and “Our” shall be read accordingly. “You” means you or anybody who in our reasonable opinion is acting with your authority or permission. “Your” shall be read accordingly.

By booking tickets with us you are agreeing to and are bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Concessions
Tickets may be made available at a discounted price for concerts to those aged 25 or under, although these may be limited in number. These tickets may not be sold or otherwise given away to anyone over the age of 25. Proof of age for each concession may be requested upon entry. ‘Early Bird’ or other forms of discount for advance purchase may also be offered.

Booking your tickets
Tickets for the venue are ‘general admission’ as seats are unnumbered.

Payment and security: We use Ticket Tailor for the online sales of tickets. Security and privacy information is available on the Ticket Tailor website here. We reserve the right to change our ticketing provider without notice.

Tickets may also be purchased via bank transfer or cheque. For security reasons, our bank details are not publicly available but will be emailed on request to fressingfieldsounds@gmail.com.  Subject to availability of tickets, credit and debit cards, cheques and cash are accepted at the venue after doors open for the concert.

Tickets may also be offered for sale by other means, at our discretion.

Ticket delivery
Once you have confirmed or paid for your order your name will be added to the audience list for the concert; we do not send tickets in the post.

If you have booked your ticket online via Ticket Tailor you do not need to print tickets. However for speed of entry you may choose to do so as showing your ticket at the door is often quicker than giving your name.

No food or drink from outside the venue (with the exception of water) is allowed at the venue.

No part of the concert may be recorded or photographed using any device.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the venue.

Mobile phones, smart watches, hearing aids and other similar devices must be silenced – or put into a mode so that they do not disturb others – before the start of the concert.

Access
If you have any concerns about accessing the venue, or wish to notify us of any special access requirements in advance of your visit, contact us via email: fressingfieldsounds@gmail.com

Security
Visitors are requested to keep their personal belongings with them at all times.

Admission of younger attendees
Attendees under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. No-one is permitted to attend under the age of 8.

Conditions of sale
Each member of the audience must have proof of purchase of a ticket for the concert they attend.

We reserve the right to make any alterations to a concert (programme or artist) rendered necessary by unavoidable causes. You will be contacted if there is a major change to an event.

Buying returns
We will operate a waiting list for sold-out concerts only. If any tickets are returned, the waiting list will be contacted in chronological order at our discretion.

Refunds, exchanges and the transfer of tickets
We will refund the full purchase price of a concert ticket (or a proportion of the price of a season ticket) if we cancel or reschedule a concert. You will be contacted if a concert is cancelled.

Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase unless the concert is cancelled or rescheduled. In the event of a ticket holder advising us that they cannot attend the concert at least 24 hours prior to its advertised start time, a refund of the amount paid will be made. A small administration cost may be deducted in these circumstances.

Timing of admission to events
We strongly recommend that visitors arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of an event. Doors may be closed 5 minutes before the start of the event and we regret that late admission may not be possible.

Consent to filming and recording
By buying a ticket or attending a concert, you give your consent to being filmed, audio recorded or photographed.
